' Siptar' / ' Shiptar'!!!

It is well known that the term ' Siptar' / ' Shiptar' , when it is used by Slavs mainly by Serbs, it used to insult!
Now seeing the name Siptar/Shiptar, I see our name "Shqiptar", why should this be used as insult or taken as an insult?
As I have read some writings here, show that the name "Skipetar" has been older than the "Albanian" one.

Can someone give a more broad explanation?

Spoken serbian language, is unable to pronounce certain sounds and stops unities, that's the reason that sometime not willingly, and few times purposely, the Serbs are altering the writting of that word.
As for the name shqiptar, this is old like the moon is, while their name contains the insult inside it:
serbs=serves=sherbetore of their masters. This is the reason they hate us so much.
