This video was filmed in 1904 in what is today called "Novi Pasar" aka Sanxhak.

The video clearly shows the ethnic population that this city had.

The region is simply called Sanxhak. Nish is in eastern serbia, and Novi pazar is in western Serbia.

These cities have nothing to do with eachother.
